Real Estate Law
Real estate law governs buying, using and selling land.
It governs how people acquire property and what they can do with the property that they own. Land is real property as opposed to personal property. I represent buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate law, including residential, agricultural, commercial, retail and industrial properties involving deeds, titles, purchase financing, zoning, taxes, estate planning and severances.
