My name is Dean H. Clark. I have over 30 years experience practicing law. I am both a Barrister and Solicitor, and I provide comprehensive legal services to my clients in Leamington, Ontario.
I earned a Master of Arts degree in political science in 1982 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1989. Both of my degrees are from the University of Windsor. I was called to the bar in the Province of Ontario in 1991 and I have been in private practice in Kingsville and Leamington, Ontario, since then.
I am a licensed notary public for the Province of Ontario.
History of Clark Law
My father, William M.Clark (1927-2004), practised law in the Town of Kingsville for 52 years until 2003.
My father was born in Harrow, Ontario. His father, Stuart Murray Clark, was a member of the House of Commons of Canada from 1935 to 1957. After graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1950, my father joined the general law practice of Austin B. Smith in the Town of Kingsville. My father and I practiced law in the same firm from 1992 to 2003. His knowledge and wisdom are missed.
William M. Clark and Associates was established in 1999. Clark Law was established in 2005. I have been a sole practitioner since 2003. I am in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

In 2022, my law office was relocated from Kingsville to my nearby home a few minutes away in the Municipality of Leamington, Ontario.
Clark Law is a general practice, which is accommodated by a small town. A general practice often gives insight into several areas of law. Residential, commercial and industrial clients from across Windsor – Essex County are welcome to contact me for any of my legal services.
