Corporate law, or business law is the body of law governing the rights, relations, and conduct of persons, companies, organizations and businesses. It encompasses the formation, funding, governance, and death of a corporation.
A business is often incorporated to protect the owner from liability to creditors. I am experienced in incorporating businesses and advising clients in the upkeep of the minute book and ongoing regulatory requirements.
